Do tiny home builders offer in-house financing?
Some builders do, and it is worth being careful with the ones that make a headline of it. A builder lending you the money is also the party you would have to argue with if the build went wrong, which removes the independent check a third-party lender gives you. KYRAX does not offer in-house financing. What we do instead is provide a documentation package lenders actually accept, a financing pre-check with an answer in 48 hours, and a payment schedule your lender can verify against photographed progress.

What protects you is the payment schedule
The protection you want is not a friendlier lender, it is a payment schedule that only releases money as work is actually finished. Ours runs in five milestones, each released after you have seen photo-verified progress, with the final portion held until your walkthrough.
That structure matters just as much if you are paying cash, which about one in four tiny home buyers does. In that case the schedule is the only protection in the transaction, so read it before you read anything else.
