KYRAX Homes builds tiny homes on wheels and modular backyard homes in Surrey, BC, for laneway, garden-suite and ADU lots, delivered across Canada and the United States. It is the small-homes division of KYRAX Developments Ltd., a residential construction firm. The shop is open — come watch your home being framed.
The people on your build
Roles instead of faces. Each card names what the person does for the buyer — first names appear on the contract, portraits can be added later, if ever.

Why we can serve two countries
One certifier — ICC NTA — is accredited for Canada’s CSA A277 and certifies US IBC/IRC modular. One inspection relationship, both markets. It’s an unusual position for a builder our size, and it’s deliberate. How certification works, or see where we deliver.
