Certified before delivery — or you don't pay.
Certification isn't a sticker we claim — it's a clause you can enforce. Every KYRAX build contract requires third-party certification for your destination market before delivery and before final payment.

06 — Common questions
Common questions
Can I legally place a tiny home on my property?
It depends on your jurisdiction — which is why the zoning lookup exists. The reliable permanent-dwelling path is CSA A277 modular under the BC Building Code; movable units place under RV and pad rules. We check your destination before you sign anything.
Can I get financing?
A277 on a foundation is real property — conventional and CMHC-insured mortgages, with government-backed mortgage insurance for factory-built homes. Z240 units use RV-style and chattel lending. The financing guide walks through it in order.
How is my money protected?
Five milestone payments, each requested only after the work is photographed and shared with you. One build, one dedicated account. The final 5% is due after you walk through your finished home.
Do you deliver to the US?
Yes — it's a primary market. Movable units are built to RVIA/NOAH inspection standards and certified before delivery; modular units are built to IBC/IRC with state program approval. We confirm your state's rules first, and if your state has a hard blocker, we'll tell you plainly.
