How much does a tiny home cost in Canada?

Across the Canadian builders who publish a price for a named model, it runs from $59,800 (Nomad Micro Homes) to $217,271 CDN (Fritz Tiny Homes). That is from our own index of 27 Canadian builders, each figure read on the builder's own website and checked 31 August 2026: 20 publish a starting price and 15 attach it to a model you can point at. KYRAX publishes one price today: the Vale is priced from $119,900 CAD, and it is open to Canadian buyers. The Vale is a 284 sq ft tiny home on wheels (8'6" x 24') with a full kitchen, three-piece bathroom, queen loft bedroom, and off-grid ready infrastructure, built on a 14,000 lb GVWR galvanized trailer; the base price includes premium insulation, high-efficiency HVAC, a full kitchen with appliances, a complete bathroom, LED lighting, electrical panel, plumbing, interior finishes, and delivery coordination, with no hidden fees. The other five models are in final engineering and announce launch pricing at consultation. For the wider Canadian market, the price index below lists what other builders publish.

What drives the price, and what we publish

Our other models are in final engineering, and their pricing is announced at launch; the waitlist sees it before the public does. US buyers: USD is quoted at consultation. Set against a median home price near $900K in BC, the math is the point.
