Where the time goes: permits versus the factory
For garden suites and other modular projects, permitting is usually the longest step and varies by municipality. The factory build runs in parallel with your site preparation, and once the foundation is ready the home is delivered, set, and connected in days, not the months a stick-built backyard project spends on-site.
Payment follows the build: five milestone payments, each requested only after the work is photographed and shared with you, with the final 5% due after you walk through your finished home.
