For US destinations, KYRAX modulars follow the IBC/IRC modular path, with your state’s modular program insignia applied before the home ships — factory-built, inspected, and certified for its destination market. Where a jurisdiction has adopted IRC Appendix Q, small-format homes have a defined code path; adoption varies, so we destination-check before you sign.
On a permanent foundation, a certified modular is real property and follows the standard mortgage path. We confirm your state’s modular program before promising placement.
