What is NOAH certification?
NOAH is a third-party certification for movable tiny homes that adds per-build structural and energy inspection against the IRC, NEC and NFPA standards. The practical reason it matters: NOAH certification is recognized by US lenders and insurers, which is what makes a home on wheels financeable and insurable rather than an object nobody will write a policy or a loan against.

How NOAH compares with RVIA
It sits alongside RVIA, which certifies to NFPA 1192 and ANSI A119.5. Either can apply to a home on wheels; NOAH is the one that adds a per-build inspection record.
What it does not do is create a dwelling permit. Where a home may be placed is a question for the destination's zoning, not for the certificate, and we check that before anything is signed.
