02 — Financing that works
A CSA A277 modular garden suite on a permanent foundation is real property. Most families fund it through their existing home equity, and CMHC-supported refinancing options exist specifically for homeowners adding a secondary suite. That is why we build our garden-suite models to A277 rather than as homes on wheels, which do not qualify for these programs.
03 — How it goes in
Permits are the longest step and vary by municipality; we provide the certified drawings and documentation your city asks for and guide the application. The factory build runs in parallel with your site work, and once the foundation is ready the home is delivered, set, and connected in days. Your backyard does not spend a year as a construction site.
