We just launched a questions hub with direct answers on zoning, financing, and certification, and published an explainer on Oklahoma’s building-code change ahead of its September 14 effective date. The free lot feasibility check keeps growing its coverage.
Watching
Building-code editions changing in states we publish guides for: Oklahoma on 14 September 2026, Alabama and South Carolina on 1 January 2027. The state guides get re-verified against primary sources as each lands.
