KYRAX DEVELOPMENTS LTD. (“KYRAX,” “we,” “us”) operates kyraxhomes.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights over it.

1. Who we are

KYRAX is a North American tiny-home builder serving customers in the United States and Canada. Our business contact is info@kyraxhomes.com.

2. Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

Your name, email address, and phone number
Your country, state or province, and city/ZIP
Project details (home type, budget, timeline, whether you own land)
How you heard about us and any message you write
Technical data: IP address, browser user-agent, referring URL, and UTM parameters from the URL you arrived on
Your consent status for marketing communications

When you browse the Site, we and our analytics providers may also collect device, browser, page-view, and interaction data via cookies and similar technologies (see §5 below).

3. How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote
To follow up about your project by email or phone, per your stated preference
To detect and prevent spam and fraud (honeypot, timestamp, reCAPTCHA)
To analyze Site usage and improve content and performance
To measure the performance of our advertising and (where you consent) retarget ads
To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, lawful requests)

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your contact-form data with third parties except as described in §4.

4. Who we share it with

Email delivery: our web host (Bluehost) delivers form submissions to our business email via authenticated SMTP.
Analytics & advertising: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and TikTok Pixel — each under its own privacy policy.
Anti-spam: Google reCAPTCHA (when enabled) under Google's privacy policy and terms.
Service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (e.g., manufacturing partners, delivery logistics) only as needed to complete your project, and only with your explicit direction.
Legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

5. Cookies and tracking

The Site uses cookies and pixels from Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel. By default, these are set to denied under Google Consent Mode. They only activate after you click “Accept all” on the cookie banner. You can change your choice any time by clearing the site's kyrax_consent localStorage entry and reloading.

Strictly necessary cookies (e.g., session, anti-spam) always load — the Site does not function without them.

6. How long we keep it

Contact-form leads: up to 36 months after your last interaction, then deleted.
CSV backup logs on our server: up to 12 months, then rotated.
Analytics data: per each provider's default retention (typically 14–26 months).
Tax/accounting records: as required by Canadian and US law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of these rights:

US residents (incl. California CCPA/CPRA): the right to know, access, delete, and limit use of your personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell data. To opt out of personalized ads, decline the cookie banner or email us.
Canadian residents (PIPEDA & provincial equivalents): the right to access, correct, and withdraw consent to the processing of your personal information.
EU / UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR): the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object. Our legal bases are consent (marketing) and legitimate interests (responding to your inquiry and securing the Site).

To exercise any of these rights, email info@kyraxhomes.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We respond within 30 days.

8. Communications & consent

We contact you only about your inquiry and related follow-up. We do not add you to bulk email marketing lists without a separate opt-in. In Canada, this is required by CASL; in the US, we respect CAN-SPAM. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any email or emailing us directly.

9. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted via TLS and delivered to our business email over authenticated SMTP. We keep reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No Internet transmission is 100% secure, so we encourage you not to send sensitive data (SSN, bank details, etc.) via the contact form.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.

11. Cross-border transfers

KYRAX is based in British Columbia, Canada. Our analytics and advertising providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. By submitting the form you consent to these transfers, which are governed by the providers' own safeguards (standard contractual clauses, data privacy frameworks where applicable).

12. Changes to this policy

We'll post any update here and change the “Last updated” date. Significant changes will be flagged on the Site.
