Tiny homes engineered for American climates, codes, and sites.
Kyrax builds precision-crafted tiny homes for buyers across every US state. We price in USD, ship on a schedule, and engineer each home for where you actually live — not a generic spec sheet.
What “built for America” actually means.
Five specific commitments — not a flag on a homepage, not a vague slogan.
Engineered for your state
We don't ship generic. Every Kyrax home is spec'd for the climate, codes, and lot conditions where it's going to live. A Florida build gets hurricane-rated detailing. A Minnesota build gets R-50 arctic insulation. A Colorado build gets snow-load engineering. Your home shows up ready for your weather.
Pricing in USD, transparent
You'll see starting prices in US dollars on every model, before you fill out a form. Our quotes break out the base price, your customizations, your state's delivery fee, and any site-prep guidance — no "call for pricing" games.
Real humans, on US business hours
When you email info@kyraxhomes.com or call us, you're getting a person — not a chatbot, not an offshore call center. We respond within 24 business hours, every time.
Delivered to all 50 states
Our logistics team handles highway permits for oversized loads, coordinates with DOT-compliant carriers, and routes around seasonal restrictions. You get a delivery date, not a window.
Built for your financing
We work with US lenders that underwrite tiny homes and RVs. If your bank says no, we probably know someone who says yes — and we'll tell you before you spend time on paperwork.
Find your state.
Every US state has its own Kyrax page with climate-tuned specs, zoning notes, and delivery info.
Straight talk: where we build and why it matters.
Kyrax is a North American builder serving customers in both the United States and Canada. We ship directly to your site anywhere in the USA, handle every DOT permit, and tune the build for your state's climate and code. US buyers get USD pricing, US-based customer support on US business hours, and homes designed around how Americans actually live.
We'd rather be honest about this than slap a flag on the page and hope you don't notice the fine print. If any of that matters to you, email info@kyraxhomes.com and we'll walk you through the details.
Questions from US buyers
Does Kyrax deliver to every US state?+
Yes. We deliver to all 50 states plus DC. Transit time is typically 5–9 business days from our manufacturing facility, depending on your state. DOT permits for oversized loads are arranged by our logistics team.
Are Kyrax homes built to US building codes?+
Foundation models are engineered to the International Residential Code (IRC), which is the basis of every US state's residential code. Homes under 400 sq ft follow IRC Appendix Q, the tiny-home provisions adopted across the US. We tune each build to your destination state's amendments.
Can I finance a Kyrax tiny home in the US?+
Yes. We work with US-based lenders that specialize in tiny home and RV financing, including options for buyers with a wide range of credit profiles. We'll walk you through what fits your situation during your free consultation.
What climate options do you build for?+
Every Kyrax home is spec'd for its destination: hurricane-zone detailing for Gulf Coast states, Arctic insulation for Minnesota and Maine, radiant cool-roof for Arizona and Nevada, and moisture management for the Pacific Northwest. Nothing is one-size-fits-all.
How do I find out if my state allows tiny homes?+
Each of our state pages summarizes current ADU and tiny-home rules. We also give you a straight answer during your consultation once we know your county — permitting varies at the municipal level more than people expect.
